Focussed, or focused?
This guide will help you decide which one is best for you.
Focus focuses on your focus.
The focus that makes you happy.
Focus is a term that refers to the physical aspect of being focused.
For example, being able to read the book you’re reading, to enjoy a video game, to work out, to watch a movie, etc. This type of focus is called a focus-focused state.
If your focus is less than optimal, it can cause you to be unfocused or irritable.
Focus can also be caused by certain health conditions, such as sleep apnea.
But it can also happen when you focus too much on your job or your career.
The ideal type of focused state is one that focuses on the experience of being present in the present moment.
If you’re working on your computer or your laptop, then focus will be on your thoughts and thoughts will be focussed on your work.
If there’s a job interview in front of you, focus will likely be on the candidate’s appearance, not on their skill.
But if you’re on your phone or computer, you may focus on the job interview.
If, however, you’re in a meeting and there’s another person there, focus may be on their eyes, not their appearance.

What if I’m focusing too much?
If you’ve been focusing too little on your career or your life, you might need to consider how to get your focus back.
The best way to get focused is to do something to keep it focused.
If it’s hard to focus, then try taking small steps to improve your focus: 1) Go for walks or jogs, which help you keep your focus on your feet.
2) Take time out to meditate or meditate on your own, to find ways to concentrate on the breath.
3) Try focusing on a new topic or activity that’s more relaxing.
4) Try some activities that are less intense and focus on how they are less stressful.
5) Try to spend more time at home.
If that’s not possible, you can try focusing on something that’s less important.
6) Try not to spend too much time with friends or family.
It may be tempting to go for a walk or walk around the neighborhood, but the more time you spend with friends, the less likely you are to be focussing on your problems.
7) Try exercising.
Exercise is a way to make you more focused.
Try walking for 30 minutes, or doing yoga or other physical activity that doesn’t require much concentration.
8) If you feel you need to take time out, take a short walk to the local park or a nearby park or lake.
If doing so makes you feel better, try to walk to another park or take a walk around town.
Try it out.
If this works for you, then you should try some of the other things we’ve listed above, including taking some time to think about what you’re doing.
These are just a few tips to help you stay focused.
